The timer has 7 main functions:
- Clock:Turn on the current time, 12-hour/24-hour time possible.
- Countdown Timer:Choose from which time you want the timer to expire. (Maximum 99 minutes & 59 seconds)
- Count Up Timer:Choose until which time you want the timer to increase. (Maximum 99 minutes & 59 seconds)
- Interval Timer:Choose the number of rounds, lap times & rest times. For example EMOM, E2OM & HIIT
- TABATA Workout: 8 rounds of 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest.
- Fight Gone Bad Timer:For example: 3 Rounds of 5 minutes with 1 minute rest between each round.
- Stopwatch:Start counting and measure the exact time to a maximum of 99 minutes, 59 seconds and 99 hundredths.
Additional functions:
- 1 to 10 Seconds preparation time before the workout starts.
- Volume of the sound of the timer.
- Single beep for start of workouts and double beep for rest period
