1. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIME
1.1 What are the shipping costs?
For orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany:
- Free shipping on orders of €50 or more.
With an order under the €50 the following shipping costs apply:
- Netherlands: €5.95
- Belgium: €6.95
- Germany & Luxembourg: €7.95
For other EU countries:
- Free shipping on orders of €80 or more.
With an order under the €80 amount to the shipping costs:
- Other EU countries: €12.95
1.2 What is the delivery time?
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, so you can get started with your new fitness products!
Standard delivery times
Ordered on weekdays before 3:00 PM? Shipped the same day.
Netherlands & Belgium:
Delivery time: 1-2 working days.
Germany & Luxembourg:
Delivery time: 2-3 working days.
Other EU countries:
Delivery time: 2-5 working days.
1.3 Exceptions
Pre-orders
When a product is available for pre-order, it will only be delivered on the first available delivery date. This is always clearly indicated on the product page.
Large/heavy orders (pallet shipping)
If an order cannot be shipped via a regular shipping service, it will be sent by pallet. Currently, we only deliver pallet shipments in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Busy periods & unforeseen circumstances
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods, holidays, logistical delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations, delivery may take longer than usual. If this is the case, we will keep you informed.
1.4 How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a
link to track the status of your package. You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery.
2. PAYMENTS
2.1. Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer a wide range of payment options to make the checkout process as easy and accessible as possible for all our customers. The following payment methods are categorised:
- Credit cards: MasterCard, American Express, Maestro & UnionPay
- Bank transfers: iDeal, Sofort & Bancontact
- Mobile payments: Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Other payment methods: Klarna Pay Later, PayPal & Shop Pay

2.2. Is it safe to make online payments on this webshop?
Yes, it is completely safe to pay on our website. We use a reliable and secure e-commerce platform that meets the highest international security standards for payment processing.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
3.1 What is the return policy?
We strive to provide you with the best products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return policy. We have the following conditions in place to ensure a smooth and fair return process for all our customers:
Return period:
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Condition of the article:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use cannot be returned.
Exceptions:
The following products are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards
- Personal care products (such as resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.) if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a special discount
3.2 How can I return an item?
To request a return, you use our return portal. Here you provide your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive various options to send the return back.
The shipping costs for returning the product are automatically calculated in our return portal. Unless the item is defective or there was an error in shipping your order, you are responsible for these shipping costs.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and will process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used when placing the order.

4. ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
4.1 How do I create an account and what are the benefits?
An account offers you various benefits, such as keeping track of your orders, faster checkout and receiving exclusive offers. Creating an account is easy:
- Via computer: Click on the icon with the little person on the menu bar at the top of the browser. This will take you to the page where you can log in or register. Click on register and create your own account.
- Via mobile: Click on the menu bar and then on the account page at the bottom. This will take you to the page to log in or register. Click on register and create your own account.
4.2 How can I change my account details or reset my password?
To change your account details or reset your password, log in to your account and go to ‘Account details’ or ‘Change password’.
If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgotten password’ when logging in and fill in your email address. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.
4.3 How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter.
5. ORDERS
5.1 How do I use a discount code or gift voucher?
To use a discount code or gift card, first add the desired products to your shopping cart. Then go to the checkout page and look for the box where you can enter the discount code or gift card code. Type or paste the code into the box and click 'Apply'. The discount will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your order.
Please note: you can only use one discount code or gift card per order.
5.2 Can I cancel or change an order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via service@zeuzfitness.com.
Please note that we can only cancel or change an order if it has not yet been processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you can use our returns policy to return unwanted products.
5.3 What happens if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable?
If a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, this is usually stated on the product page.
In some cases, it may happen that a product is sold out after you have placed your order. In that case, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and give you the opportunity to choose between an alternative product, waiting for the new stock or cancelling the product in question in your order. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a refund for the product in question.
