1. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIME
1.1 What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping is free when € 25 or more worth of products are ordered. If the amount is less than € 25, we will charge the following costs per country:
- Netherlands: € 3.95
- Belgium: € 5.95
- Germany: € 6.95
1.2 What is the delivery time?
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. So you can quickly get started with your new fitness products!
For orders in the Netherlands and Belgium: ordered on weekdays before 3:00 pm? Sent the same day.
On average, the shipment of our products takes 1-2 working days. There are a number of products where a longer delivery time is used. This is indicated at all times on the product page.
For orders in Germany, we have a delivery time of 2 working days.
1.3 How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
3.1 What is the return policy?
We strive to provide you with the best products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can claim our return policy. We apply the following conditions to ensure a smooth and fair return process for all our customers:
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Return applications submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Condition of the article:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. Articles that show signs of use cannot be returned.
The following products are not eligible for reimbursement:
- Gift cards
- Personal care products (such as resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.) if the package has been opened or damaged
- Items purchased during sales or with a special discount
3.2 How can I return an item?
To request a return, you use our return portal. Here you indicate your order number and the reason for the return. You will then be given several options to return the return.
The shipping costs for returning the product are automatically calculated in our returns portal. Unless the item is faulty or a mistake was made in shipping your order, you are responsible for these shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and we will process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used when placing the order.

4.1 How do I create an account and what are the benefits?
An account offers you several benefits, such as keeping track of your orders, faster checkout and receiving exclusive offers. Creating an account is simple:
- Via computer: On the menu bar at the top of the browser, click the icon with a doll. Then you come to the page to log in or sign in. Click sign in and create your own account.
- Via Mobile: Click the menu bar, then click the account page at the bottom. You'll then be on the page to log in or sign in. Click sign in and create your own account.
4.2 How can I change my account information or reset my password?
To change your account information or reset your password, log in to your account and go to "Account Details" or "Change Password."
If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgotten password' when logging in and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with instructions to change your password.
4.3 How can I opt out of the newsletter?
You can opt-out of our newsletter by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter.
5.1 How do I use a discount code or gift card?
To use a discount code or gift card, first add the products you want to your cart. Then go to the checkout page and find the box where you can enter the discount code or gift card code. Type or paste the code into the box and click "Apply." The discount will automatically be offset against the total amount of your order.
Please note: you can only use one discount code or gift card per order.
5.2 Can I cancel or change an order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via Service@zeuzfitness.com .
Please note that we can only cancel or change an order if it has not been processed and shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, you can use our return policy to return unwanted products.
5.3 What happens if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable?
If a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, it is usually listed on the product page.
In some cases, a product may sell out after you place your order. In that case, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and allow you to choose between an alternative product, waiting for the new stock or canceling the relevant product in your order. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a refund for the product in question.
