At ZEUZ we strive to process your orders quickly and efficiently. This shipping policy describes the shipping costs, delivery times, and other relevant information regarding the shipment of your order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this shipping policy.
1. Shipping costs
In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping is free when ordering products for €50 or more. When the amount is less than €50, we charge the following costs per country:
- Netherlands: €5.95
- Belgium: €6.95
- Germany: € 7.95
2. Delivery times
- Netherlands & Belgium: Ordered on weekdays before 15:00, delivered the next working day.
- Germany: Delivered within 2 working days.
For some items, the delivery time may differ from the standard shipping time. To be aware of the exact delivery time, we refer you to the product page, where the estimated delivery time is clearly indicated.
3. Order processing and tracking
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. With this link you can easily follow the progress of your order.
4. International Shipping
Currently we only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Keep an eye on this page for possible expansion of our shipping area in the future.
