At ZEUZ we strive to provide you with the best products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can claim our return policy. Below you will find the conditions for requesting a refund.
1. Return period
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have a proof of purchase or order number.
3. Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards
- Personal care products (such as resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.) if the packaging has been opened or damaged
- Items purchased during sales or with a special discount
4. Returns process
To request a return, please use our return portal. Here you enter your order number and the reason for the return. You will then be given various options to send the return back.
The shipping costs for returning the product are automatically calculated in our return portal. Unless the item is defective or an error was made when sending your order, you are responsible for these shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method you used when placing the order.

5. Shipping costs
The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
