- Individual Pro: This is the category for the seasoned athlete. With heavier weights and more intensive exercises, this is the ultimate test course. Here you are challenged to go deep both physically and mentally.
- Individual Open: A perfect choice for those new to HYROX or looking for a solid challenge without the extreme difficulty of the Pro category. Here, the weights are lighter, but the effort remains significant.
- Doubles: In the doubles category, you work together with a partner. You divide the exercises and running kilometers so that you can support each other and reach the finish together. Ideal for duos who want to become stronger together!
