1. What is the CrossFit Open?

The CrossFit Open is the largest participatory sporting event in the world and marks the first step in the CrossFit Games season. Over three weeks (February 27 – March 17, 2025), athletes around the world will perform a series of challenging workouts designed for every level, from beginner to elite.

2. What can you expect?

The Open consists of three workouts that are announced each week. Athletes can choose from:

  • Foundations: For absolute beginners.
  • Scaled: For those who need adapted movements.
  • Rx'd: For advanced users.

Your scores will be added to the global rankings, allowing you to compare yourself to others of your age, location, CrossFit box, or fitness level.



3. First participation: How does it work?
