With the wooden plyo box from ZEUZ®You can train your entire body, there are various exercises possible with the box. In addition to the most commonly used exercise “Box Jumps”, the following exercises can also be done: box step ups (with or without dumbbells), burpees over the box, box shoulder press, box push ups, bulgar split squats & etc.

The plyo box is made of strong wood with a sheet thickness of 1.2 cm. The box is durable and hard wearing and extra reinforced inside with a wooden frame. In addition, the box weighs a total of 18 KG so that the box remains firm.
