The Olympic barbell is made of spring steel, making this bar perfect for crossfit, fitness, powerlifting & strength training. The rod has a diameter grip of 28mm and a weight of 20 kg. The robust rod has a strong black coating and the sleeves have a chrome coating. The standard 50mm diameter discs can be used for weights. Due to the high-quality material of the rod, the maximum load of this professional barbell is therefore much higher than other rods, namely a maximum of 700 kg load.
