With the ZEUZ® weight bench you train optimally. Whether you train with a barbell or dumbbells, the weight bench is a must-have to train your muscles. The weight bench is easily adjustable and has 8 backrest, 4 seat & 3 leg rest positions. Due to the adjustable options, a great many exercises can be performed, such as the examples below:

• Borstspieren: Bench press, incline- & decline Bench Press & dumbell Flyes
• Schouders: Seated schoulder press, lateral raises, front raises & shrugs

The adjustable weight bench set weighs 13 kg, so you lie super firmly on the fitness bench and you will not swing during training. The professional weight bench is also suitable for a maximum capacity of 275 kg.

High quality material
The weight bench is made of a special selection of materials that ensure high quality. The frames are made of steel with a plate thickness of 2.31 mm and laser cut stainless steel. The seat and back are made of strong vinyl material with 50 mm foam. In addition, the legs are provided with rubber for extra stabilization and against shifting.
