At ZEUZ, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a claim under our return policy. Below are the conditions for requesting a refund.
1. Retourperiode
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Applications submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Terms and conditions for returns
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Furthermore, you must have proof of purchase or order number.
3. Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards
- Personal care products (such as resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.) if the package has been opened or damaged
- Items purchased during sales or with a special discount
4. Backtrial
To request a return, use our returns portal. Here you indicate your order number and the reason for the return. You will then be given several options to return the return.
The shipping costs for returning the product are automatically calculated in our returns portal. Unless the item is faulty or a mistake was made in shipping your order, you are responsible for these shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and we will process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used when placing the order.

5. Shipping costs
The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
