At our webshop, we strive for transparency and honesty when it comes to reviews. We encourage our customers to share their experiences with our products and provide feedback. In doing so, we follow the following guidelines for our review policy:

1. Real and independent reviews: We want reviews to be a true reflection of our customers' experiences. That's why we only accept reviews from customers who have actually purchased and used a product.

2. Respectful and constructive: We encourage candid feedback, but ask our customers to remain respectful. Negative reviews are welcome, as long as they are constructive and informative. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant.

3. No manipulation: We don't allow review manipulation, such as writing fake reviews or exchanging positive reviews for cash or a discount. We want to create an honest and trustworthy review environment.

4. Moderation and transparency: We moderate reviews to make sure they comply with our guidelines. We strive for transparency and show both positive and negative reviews, unless they violate our policies. We will always explain why a particular review was removed.

5. Responding to reviews: We value our customers' feedback and try to respond as quickly as possible to any questions, comments, or concerns raised in reviews. We strive to solve any problems and satisfy our customers.

We appreciate the time and effort our customers take to write reviews and are grateful for their honest feedback. By working together to create a transparent review environment, we strive for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
