The adjustable kettlebell from ZEUZ is made of high-quality cast iron and combines durability with ease of use. Thanks to the smart, safe adjustment system, you can change the weight in seconds – without tools or hassle. You have the choice between two variants:

Red model: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 kg
Blue model: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 kg

Both models are compactly designed (18 x 26 cm) and feature a flat bottom for extra stability during exercises such as renegade rows or kettlebell push-ups. The ergonomically shaped grip (diameter 3.5 cm) ensures optimal control and comfort during every movement.

Adjusting the weight is very simple. On top of the kettlebell, there is a sliding button that you pull back to adjust the weight. This allows you to choose from preset weights, such as 8, 10, 12, 14, or 16 kg for the red model and 16, 18, 20, 22, or 24 kg for the blue model. The other weight plates remain firmly in the base, so you can train safely without swapping loose kettlebells.
